Procedure for Notification and Removal

We take any misuse of NewsGrabber Usenet very seriously and all our subscribers are required to use our service for legal purposes only where it is strictly prohibited to use the service for any illegal acts as described in the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use policy. Holders of copyrighted work who have found any allegedly infringing content or material that is accessible through the NewsGrabber Usenet service and wish to have it removed must submit a “Removal Notice” that includes the following information: copyright and an authorized person who may act on behalf of the holder. Information about the copyrighted work that has been violated or, in a single notification with multiple works, a list of the copyrighted works. Sufficient information to locate and identify the alleged infringing material (Message IDs). Declaration of the submission to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts on this issue. Signed declaration of good faith regarding perjury, you are the right holder or you are authorized to act on behalf of the holder, all information included in the disposal notice is accurate, authentic and the allegedly infringing material is not otherwise authorized by the holder of copyright, the agent or the legislation.

All reports of abuse or Notifications & Removal notifications must be sent to abuse [@] 2xr.nl

The NewsGrabber abuse team will review the admissibility of the information provided and, upon receiving a valid claim, will act quickly and take appropriate measures to remove any infringing / illegal copyrighted material from our service.
